Anatomy of a nugget
Reading a gold nugget means reading a deposit
Every nugget tells its geological story — its shape, inclusions and colour reveal the type of deposit it came from.

Lightly water-transported — primary deposit very close to where it was found.
Hydrothermal vein origin — gold crystallised inside a rock fracture.
Residual silicic gangue — signature of a gold vein hosted in crystalline rock.
Higher than 22 carats — native concentration above 91.6% fine gold.

NTOUM Permit
High gold potential area in the Estuaire province, near the capital Libreville. Gold and related substances.

LASSIO Permit
Precambrian greenstone belt and significant alluvial indices in the Lastourville area. Gold and related substances.

OKOK Permit
Mineralized archaean cratons in northern Gabon — gold exploration in the Bitam zone, gold and related substances.
